Discovery

 

We’ll meet with you, get to know you and what you’re looking for. Then we’ll put together a proposal, you’ll accept it immediately or say “Hey, we’d like to see a little more of this.” We’ll tweak, you’ll love.

 

Agreement

 

Once everyone feels good about the proposal, we’ll send a digital format of it to you. From there, all we need is your e-signature. If at any point you have questions, just ask. We’ll serve up answers a la mode.

 

Kickoff

 

The ultimate goal of the kickoff meeting is to ensure your team and ours have the same vision and goals. We’ll bring in a project manager, creative director, information architect and marketing strategist. You’ll bring your key team members, especially anyone most familiar with your brand and objectives: your visionaries and decision-makers.

Strategy

 

We’ll do a full forensic audit, including interviews with your key staff and stakeholders, and in some cases even surveys of your most loyal customers. We’ll dig into your web analytics data and other business intelligence to create a detailed picture of your current business landscape. We’ll look at your business goals and objectives, identify the biggest gaps and opportunities, and then develop a strategy to get you from here to there.

Our design process is guided by best practices, then tailored based on real world testing. Our goal is to create adaptive web, mobile or desktop experiences that intuitively fulfill both client and end user goals.

Design

 

Good visual design identifies and works for its target audience. We create the digital marketing assets and visual design elements needed for your website or marketing, which might include video, photography, illustration, infographics, and animatics.

Once the design of your website is complete, we’ll take everything that’s been planned and approved and make it functional.
