An App for Better Healthcare
Revon created an app that helps doctors and patients work together to manage chronic health conditions. It gives patients real-time access to their physicians, which allows them to manage their wellness firsthand. And it gives doctors access to live patient data, so they can keep a closer eye on the people they care for.
The Revon team came to us to help tell this story through an educational and compelling video. It wasn’t your standard commercial, where a copywriter catches your attention with a quick-hitting line or unusual scenario. For this spot, we knew we would have a captive audience. The video was destined for Revon’s website, where users could view it to learn more about the app. A marketing campaign would also drive traffic to the video.
Our team concepted, scripted and planned the video from start to finish. The product was complex, and it took weeks of research and meetings to ensure we truly understood the value Revon was offering. Once we had the storyboard in place, it was clear it would be difficult to show the app’s smart design on a screen. Luckily, our team had the foresight to recreate the app’s graphics in a way that was true to the Revon app’s style, but also played well on screen.
The shoot itself was a large production, with hired talent, a full video crew and several OOHligans on the scene. It was a busy day to say the least, and some OOHligans went above and beyond—you might recognize our Director of Brand Management, who stepped up to the plate to play the role of Dr. Blackburn.
